This busker just doesn’t get it. He plays in front of the huge Christmas ball installed between Plaza de España and the Sabatini Gardens in Madrid where people flock to enjoy the changing images on the ball to the sound of bouncy Christmas tunes.
In so doing, the mean-spirited busker not only uses the ball as a stage prop. Cheeky, he cranks up the volume of his off-season songs and musical instruments to drown out the Christmas carols synched to the imagery on the spectacular ball.
Hey greedy Scrooge, render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s. Give unto Christmas its due. Give the Season a chance!

The giant 3D Christmas ball is fitted with more than 40,000 LED lights. Pixel mapping has been used to map video imagery to the individual lighting fixtures, resulting in a spectacular show of light and sound.
Along with the other Christmas entertainment lined up in the center of Madrid, the Christmas Ball show will last till the 6th of January, the Feast of the Three Kings.
