The annual gala for the Spanish & Portuguese Michelin Guide, held this year in Toledo, Spain, highlighted the absolute best restaurants of the Iberian Peninsula, with Spanish twins Javier and Sergio Torres and their COCINA HERMANOS TORRES the big winner of the sparkling night. Their outstanding work in sustainability, their dishes full of soul, creativity and profound flavours got them the highest of honours. Another fabulous Three Stars went the Spanish Chef Toño Perez of Restaurant Atrio.
