On July 13th in Butler, Pennsylvania, a gunman grazed Donald J. Trump on his right ear as Trump was giving a political speech to a crowd of thousands.

Donald Trump: a gunman tried to assasinate him at the rally in Burtler, Pennsylvania

Trump fell to the floor and was immediately surrounded by secret service personnel who covered him with their bodies to avoid further attacks.

Trump was helped off the stage to the awaiting armored car by the Secret Service as he defiantly pumped his fist and mouthed “fight” to the 11,000-strong crowd which remained in their places long after the incident.

One spectator was killed and another wounded by the multiple gunshots and the shooter was “neutralized.”

The Secret Service issued a statement that they would be investigating the attempt on Trump’s life and that the former President was safe. He was examined at a local hospital in Butler.

Trump is leading in the polls for President for the November 5th election. He was officially nominated to the GOP ticket on the 15th of July, the first day of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee where he announced Ohio Sen. JD Vance as his vice presidential pick.

Joe Biden, current US President, has been receiving calls from fellow Democrats to resign from the re-election campaign due to his many gaffes and senior moments. For example, he called Ukrainian President Zelenskyy President Putin and Vice President Kamala Harris Vice President Trump.

Biden says he is in it to win it but with the August Democrat Convention coming up, Biden is losing support.
As actor George Clooney said, “We need a new nominee.”
