The Maestro of chocolates opened his Madrid Chocolate Boutique in April 2008. He specialises
in eight chocolate textures and over 70 seasonal creations. These
bespoken treats are absolutely stellar.
Beyond elegant, the restaurant is located on the roof top of a palatial landmark in the ABC Exclusive
Shopping Centre. The champion of classic regional Spanish Cuisine, with contemporary
flair is best described as authentic traditionalism, fresh ingredients, and
harmoniously blended evolutionary touches and art of plating. A
few of the seasonal dishes include: Wild seabass cannellones,
venison with chestnut and Boletus Mushrooms,
and Wild Salmon Sashimi with Ponzu.
Navarran Veteran Michelin Star Chef Pedro Larumbe, is one of the best Chefs in Spain.
SUK ALDEAN, owned and operated by Mikel Santamaria and Jesús Santamaria, is relatively a
newcomer to the Madrid Capital. The amazingly stunning cuisine pays tribute
to their homeland, Donostia, The Basque Country.
With absolutely impeccable decoration, this is the perfect ambiance for a lovely lunch and/or a
romantic dinner. Owned by The Le Coco Group who also own Fellina, this is quite a
lovely surprise. Prices are fair for the quality and freshness of its ingredients.

Managed by multi Michelin Veteran Chef Adolfo Muñoz, from Restaurant Adolfo, Toledo, this
is a gastronomic fortress of top Spanish regional cuisines. The specialties here are foie
gras de canard, fresh oysters on the half shell, lobster with Norway Bay
Prawns, Prawns, Cockles, Mussels and Wild Salmon Carpaccio in
a bespoke shellfish assortment called Mar en el Plato.

The specials of the La Rotunda Restaurant include: A Bom Bom of foie gras de
canard and truffles, shellfish stuffed Ravioli and Cantabrian Prime Rib.
