Born and raised in Paterna, Valencia, Paco Vega, as he is known, is a guru, professor, retailer, wholesaler and professional “Iberian Ham Carver”.Quite entreprennurial, owning one of the best Iberian Ham and Charcuterie shops in the country, he delivers worldwide.
For more than two decades, Paco possesses a four page Curriculum Vitae and has been in the World´s Guiness Book of Records, carving the world´s largest ham to to date, measuring 13 metres, and 35 centimetres.
