riding on the NAVILUZ bus which will take you around
the city to view and enjoy the Christmas lights.

Q: When is the Naviluz Christmas bus on?
A: 1 December 2016 – 6 January 2017
A: From 18.00 to 22.20 everyday except 24 and 31 December and 5 January when you don’t get Naviluz at all!
Q: How long is the Naviluz trip?
A: Forty to 50 minutes, depending on the traffic.
A: From Calle Serrano to Puerta de Alcalá, Alcalá, Cibeles, Alcalá, Gran Vía, Callao, Jacometrezo, Santo Domingo, San Bernardo, Gran Vía, Alcalá, Cibeles, Alcalá, Puerta de Alcalá, Velázquez, José Ortega y Gasset, and back to Serrano.

Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: Ten tickets, max, in one go. These will entitle you to THREE TICKETS FREE! In order to get a free ticket you must BUY at least one ticket.
Q: Can I use my ticket any day?
A: No. Only on the day and session indicated on your ticket.
Q: How do I pay?
A: With debit or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express y DinersClub.
Q: How much is a ticket?
Q. Any special offers?
A: Yes. €1.50 for ages above 65. Up to age 7, free. (However children of the age must be accompanied by adults who must then pay for their corresponding tickets.)
Q: Must I print out my ticket?
A: You must. But you may not have to do so if your ticket is posted on your mobile and is easily read. Still, it is advisable that even then your ticket is printed out.
Q: What if Naviluz suspends the service due to inclement weather or EMT’s fault?
A: You will be reimbursed.
Q: When and where do I get on the Naviluz bus?
A: Plaza de Colon on Calle Serrano. You’re advised to be there 15 minutes early. Come prepared with your printed ticket or your mobile.
Q: What do I do with my baby carriage?
A: Fold it and put it in the central platform inside the Naviluz bus.
Q: Can persons with reduced movility (PRM) join Naviluz?
A: Sure, but only on the lower deck of the bus where PRMs can access on their wheel chairs on the PRM ramp. There is limited visibility of the Christmas lights from that deck.
