It’s high time. Take a break. Come and join a jazz festival with flamenco flavor!
Jazz Madrid 2020, the festival of 36 concerts, is being held between 5 and 29 November.
Venues: Fernan Gomez Centro Cultural de la Villa, Centro Centro, Centro Cultural Conde Duque, Centro Cultural Galileo, Circulo de Bellas Artes and Auditorio Nacional among others.
Tickets range from €5 to €16, except for the concert in the Auditorio Nacional where tickets in Zone A cost €20, Zone B €15, and Zone C €10.
All the necessary measures – and more should the need arise in the course of the festival – are taken to ensure that the attendees will be safe from Covid-19. After each show, each of the venues will be disinfected, for one thing. You should therefore be able to relax and just let the music flow.
That the Lockdown Band is one of the performers is quite telling, isn’t it? Most of the performers are national but there will be foreign participants too.
Jazz Madrid 2020 has been conceived as an act of solidarity with a sector that is being pummeled by the virus with extraordinary force.
