Demonstrating impressive dedication, Italo-Argentinian Chef Paulo Airaudo, in just two weeks, managed to transform an old timber shop into a full throttle duplex restaurant in the heart of ZONA ROMANTICA in the amazingly spectacular city of San Sebastian.
The degustation carte is fairly priced and consists of 14 courses.
Chef Airuado has been bringing culinary expatriates to the Basque Country. Food designer Paolo is 32, and was born in Argentina to a family of Italian immigrants.
Having gained experience at The Fat Duck, Arzak, and Magnolia in Italy, he has decided to open his own restaurant. The 14 course lunch or dinner is 85 euros, including wines, and is an unforgettable and stunningly gorgeous cuisine.
There is also a nine course lunch or dinner priced at 70 euros including wines.
