Just one example are the snacks to pick,  and the 12 dazzling duck dishes.  The Nigiri, the Maki Sushi, Temaki, Sashimi and the Rolls are simply paradise for the palate.   There are 8 noodle and rice specialties which can be shared and the 4 salads are superbly splendid.gp-duck-4
