FITUR – SHOWCASE FOR INTERNATIONAL TOURISM IN MADRID

FITUR, the most international of Spain’s trade fairs will be celebrating its 34th edition at the IFEMA Exhibition Center from January 22 to 26, 2014, featuring the participation of representatives from 160 countries. Approximately 200,000 visitors are expected, of which 150,000 will be professionals of the sector.

For this reason, the first three days are reserved strictly as a business forum for the trade visitors, but on the week-end, January 25th and 26th, IFEMA will open its doors to the general public. Visitors will be able to find useful information for vacation planning or just spend an entertaining day with the family, enjoying all the scheduled exhibitions, cultural shows, promotional events and the like.

The distribution will be as follows: Pavilion 3: America; 4: Europe; 5, 7 and 9: Official Spanish organizations; 6: Africa and the Near East; 8: Asia and the Pacific; and 10: Companies.

FITUR logoFITUR will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, January 22nd, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, the 23rd.

IFEMA has ample parking available but it can also be easily reached by public transportation: Metro stop Campo de las Naciones on Line 8 and Buses 112, 122 and 828.
