The New York Time says major crimes have risen 22 percent in the Big Apple, deemed a "hell-hole" for residents who have been surveyed. Sitting President Joe Biden has yet to address the crime crisis whereas Republican presiential nominee Donald Trump is known for his law and order stance and his support of police efforts to fight crime. The public is looking forward to a debate between the candidates in which the crisis will be addressed.
