Thank you for your warm response to those of you who answered the call for volunteers. Others who did not answer yet and think you would like to volunteer in some way can still do so. There are many fun and interesting ways to help the American Club of Madrid be even better. We are looking forward to meeting all of you who would like to volunteer at the Volunteers Meet & Greet to talk about possibilities with the Board of Directors. It is tomorrow, right before the May Happy Hour (only two blocks away), at the offices of Butts Associates, Plaza de la Independencia, 8, 5th floor, at 6:00 p.m. After the meeting for volunteers, we will all walk over to the Happy Hour together.
As you know, Happy Hour is the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. And since tomorrow it is at the Cibeles rooftop terrace bar, it must mean it’s almost Summer! We hope to see you there. Remember to sign up at Eventbrite, it´s very easy… free tickets for members, or 10 euros for nonmembers, 15 at the door.
