Earlier this month, Hunter Biden, son of current US President Joe Biden, was convicted on three federal gun charges. The first two were for lying on a federal gun registration form about his crack cocaine addiction. The third was for possessing a firearm while addicted to crack cocaine.

Jail time is possible on the convictions. Joe Biden has said in an interview that he would not pardon his son if convicted.

The trial, with First Lady Jill Biden present and members of the Biden family, as well as a slew of reporters, highlighted what Hunter’s addiction had done to them over the years and how seamy had been his lifestyle.

Hunter’s disreputable reputation has affected Biden’s campaign for re-election in November.

Hollywood, however, has taken Biden under its wings with a recent $30 million dollar fundraiser for his campaign.

Hunter has to face another trial on tax fraud that may implicate his father. Some feel that they are dealing with a type of family crime which the popular media tries to cover up while others feel that Biden is simply too “elderly” to face prosecution.

There is great anticipation for the Presidential Debate on June 27th when Biden and Trump will face off in front of the American public on CNN.

We’ll see how it goes and hope the choice is clear.
